Korean PDRN Collagen Gua Sha Neck Wrinkle Cream is a jaw-to-décolleté treatment with a built-in, sculpted gua sha head molded directly into the cap — no separate tool to buy, lose, or forget. Built around 5% Volufiline, a Sederma-patented plant-derived complex studied for its ability to support fat-cell volume and firmness, alongside PDRN, a regenerative ingredient with a real clinical pedigree in wound and tissue repair before it crossed into skincare.

The formula pairs those two actives with hydrolyzed collagen, peptides, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, adenosine and ceramide NP — set in a base built for what neck skin actually deals with: fewer oil glands, less collagen density, and the specific creasing and sagging patterns that come from posture and repeated motion, not just time.

The texture is deliberate — enough slip to massage for a full five minutes without dragging, light enough to absorb without residue. Clinically shown to increase hydration by 40.25% and visibly reduce the look of neck lines and puffiness after a single use. The cap goes back on, and it replaces the separate tool you weren't using.

1. Twist the applicator head to ON.

2. Apply a generous layer along the jawline, neck and décolleté — it can also be used on the lower face.

3. Massage upward for about five minutes, working from collarbone to jaw. Let the contoured head spread an even film rather than pressing hard.

4. Wipe the head clean and twist back to OFF between uses.

Frequency. Use morning and night. Because the formula contains active ingredients including retinol, those new to retinol should start 3 nights a week for the first two weeks, then build up to twice daily as skin adjusts. Neck skin is thinner and more sensitive than facial skin, so it deserves a slower ramp-up.
